As well as the Menopause Wheel of Symptoms, on this page you can access a few other resources that are designed to support events to recognise World Menopause Day - but of course you can use them all year round!

This is a simple game that is intended to help improve education around menopause. The task is to find people who can answer 'yes' to each bingo card entry. The first filled card is the winner - it's a bit of fun that will hopefully generate some conversation along the way!

This game is designed to spark conversation and encourage people to think about what they say and the language they use when speaking to colleagues who are on their menopause journey. It is a good one to use where you have a mixed audience.

We all know there are lots of myths surrounding menopause, whether it's that there is a prescribed age for us to experience this or that it's just a few hot flushes. This game is a starting point to start to break some of this down - there's too many myths to cover in one game, but it is a start!

So, this one accompanies the Myth Buster game... as having the answers may come in handy!

This is intended to demonstrate the range of symptoms that women may be experiencing. It is used interactively so women can add to the body to show what symptoms they are experiencing - I would hope that with multiple women participating, it will help to demonstrate that there isn't a single prescribed experience for every woman and that support really does need to be available.
