Workplace Support

There's some scary stats out there on the number of women choosing to leave their jobs because of the negative impact of perimenopause / menopause at work. In the UK larger employers will be required to create and publish a Menopause Action Plan from Spring 2027 but don't just rely on that!. Below you will find some free resources that you can use (or recreate for your organisation) that I hope will help make it easier to talk about your experience and needs at work. Keep checking the site as there's more to come - this area is very much a work in process!

Let's all work together to achieve zero resignations due to lack of workplace menopause support!

Symptom Tracker

So this resource can help you to understand not only what symptoms you are experiencing but also identify any patterns and times when they are more severe. This can help with discussions on what support you need and when.

This is more than a resource for work, it will also be helpful when you are having conversations with your health care provider!
